個人開発者（以下、「開発者」といいます）が配信するスマートフォンアプリケーション「Hougaku」、「MemoryTiles」、「Liquid Line」、「Pebble Pop」、「Pebble Pop2」、およびmacOS用アプリケーション「BlurGuard」（以下、「本アプリ」といいます）における、ユーザー情報の取り扱い方針は以下の通りです。
This policy describes how user information is handled in the smartphone applications "Hougaku," "MemoryTiles," "Liquid Line," "Pebble Pop," and "Pebble Pop2," and the macOS application "BlurGuard" (collectively, the "Applications") distributed by the individual developer (the "Developer").
1. 個人情報の収集について1. Personal Information Collection
本アプリは、氏名、メールアドレス、電話番号、位置情報などの個人情報を、開発者が収集または外部へ送信することはありません。
The Applications do not collect or transmit personal information such as names, email addresses, telephone numbers, or location information to external parties.
2. データの利用について2. Use of Data
本アプリ内に保存される設定やデータ（MemoryTiles、Liquid Line、Pebble Pop、Pebble Pop2における進行状況、最高記録、効果音・難易度の設定を含みます）は、すべてユーザーの端末内のみで処理され、開発者を含む第三者のサーバーへ送信されることはありません。
Settings and data stored in the Applications (including progress, high scores, and sound-effect and difficulty settings in MemoryTiles, Liquid Line, Pebble Pop, and Pebble Pop2) are processed only on the user's device and are not transmitted to servers operated by the Developer or any third party.
BlurGuardでは、動画内の人物の顔を検出し、モザイクまたはぼかし処理を行うため、顔の位置や範囲などの情報を一時的に処理します。これらの処理はすべてユーザーの端末内で行われ、顔に関する情報や動画データが開発者または第三者のサーバーへ送信、保存されることはありません。また、これらの情報を広告、マーケティング、ユーザーの識別その他の目的に利用することはありません。
In BlurGuard, information such as the positions and areas of faces is temporarily processed to detect faces in videos and apply mosaic or blur effects. All processing takes place on the user's device. Face-related information and video data are not transmitted to or stored on servers operated by the Developer or any third party. This information is not used for advertising, marketing, user identification, or any other purpose.
